Cancellation Policy

Appointments you select are reserved especially for you. If you need to reschedule please be sure to call the clinic 24 hours before your scheduled appointment so we can make your time available to another client. Less than 24 hours notice or missed scheduled appointments will be charged the full fee. Monday appointments need to be cancelled on Saturday as our office is closed on Sunday.

Initial consultation and treatment (45 - 90min)	$ 95.00
Follow up treatment (45min - 60min)	$ 70.00
Package of eight treatments (= $ 65.00 each)	$ 520.00
Package of twelve treatments. (= $ 60.00 each)	$ 720.00

Esoteric treatments	Cost per session + GST

Ear seed application	Cost + GST
Single follow up applications	$15.00

Electro Acupuncture	No charge
Moxibustion	No charge

If you have medical coverage through WCB or ICBC, you will be asked to pay us directly at the time of treatment and then follow up with your insurance company for reimbursement.
